The Journey Begins Here.

We want to share the richness of Ecuadorian cuisine and culture across every corner of Canada.
We’re starting in Newmarket, just 1 hour from Toronto, but our dream is to go far beyond.
With heart and hard work, we know we’ll get there.
This is just the beginning — and the best is yet to come.

The Meaning Behind “Ñan Pacha”.

“Ñan Pacha” comes from Quechua, the ancient Indigenous language of the Andes.

“Ñan” means “path” or “road”, and “Pacha” can mean “earth”, “time”, or “universe”. Together, the phrase speaks to a deep journey—through land, time, and spirit.

For us, Ñan Pacha represents more than a name.

It’s our mission: to walk a path that connects cultures, honours our roots, and shares the richness of Ecuador with the world.

From Newmarket, we begin this journey with food, tradition, and soul—carrying the wisdom of our ancestors into the present, and beyond.

The Founder

I’m Alejandra Cevallos, CEO of Nan Pacha.
Since I arrived in Canada, I’ve dreamed of bringing a little piece of Ecuador with me.

And nothing embodies that feeling better than our food. More than flavor: it’s identity, it’s connection, it’s pride.
Nan Pacha was born from that desire to share our roots with the world.
